life’s delights

Find the poet who sings songs
Of life’s delights
Ballads of what is right
With disregard of wrongs.
Songs that open the eyes
To light —
Free of yoke and harness
Free of disbelief and darkness.
Poets who freely roar and yowl, eke relief
For the silent at bus stops
Transportation, inspiration.
Poets who sing electric,
To answer the question:
What can one believe ‘tho not perceive?
